Setting-up general assembly

On Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, we all met with our shareholders at the Strength Setting-up General Assembly. We are very happy because more than enough attendees arrived, and those who could not come were responsible and sent their representatives.
First was presented the moderator Juraj Remeň jr with the agenda of the Assembly that was unanimously approved, as well as the company's suggestions for all of its positions and Diana Hanesovská as the president of the company. Following was the approval of Laura Šuhajová's statutes.
The presentation of the business plan was the most important part and its approval really pleased us. We sincerely thank all shareholders and we hope they will continue to participate in all of our actions.

Ustanovujúce valné zhromaždenie

V stredu 24. októbra 2018 sme sa všetci členovia firmy zišli s našimi akcionármi na Ustanovujúcom valnom zhromaždení spoločnosti Strength. Sme veľmi radi, pretože účastníkov prišlo viac než dosť a tí, ktorí prísť nemohli sa k tomu postavili zodpovedne a našli za seba zástupcov.
Prvý sa nám predstavil moderátor Juraj Remeň ml. s programom zhromaždenia, ktorý bol jednohlasne schválený, rovnako ako boli schválení aj členovia firmy na všetky svoje pozície a Diana Hanesovská ako prezidentka firmy.
Potom nasledovalo schválenie stanov predstavených Laurou Šuhajovou. Predstavenie podnikateľského plánu tvorilo najdôležitejšiu časť a jeho schválenie nás naozaj potešilo.
Všetkým akcionárom úprimne ďakujeme a dúfame, že sa aj naďalej budú zúčastňovať na všetkých našich akciách.
